Form Elements in NS4 + IE5 Return to the Index

My popups are hidden behind Form Elements This page demonstrates the problem of form elements which hide popups, and offers a little advice. With Netscape 4, all form elements present this problem. With Internet Explorer 5/6, only Select Lists are a problem. Netscape 6/7.01 has a problem only with "non-drop-down" Select Lists. There are no problems associated with Netscape 7.1, later versions of Mozilla, or Opera 7.x Mouse over the yellow highlights.
